Nameco is one of the most popular mushrooms of Japan. It also naturally occurs in China and on Taiwan.
These mushrooms have characteristic moist, light caps. They are numbered among so-called functional food - having an impact on human health. They have anti-allergic, antiphlogistic and cholesterol reducing effects. They are also valued for their richness in mineral components: iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, high content of vitamins of group B vitamins and curative properties.
